DIRECTION FOR USE:
For Topical Use:
Add small amount to your favorite serum lotion or cream up to 2 5%. It will dissolve in it slowly.
Apply sparingly a pea size amount is enough to cover your entire face.
Apply sun scream limit sun exposure.

For Oral Use:
As dietary supplement take 350mg(1/8 tsp) to 510mg(scant 1/4 tsp) up to two times daily.
Preferably with meal. Or consult your physician.
